I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, family issues, addiction, eating disorders, work-related stress, sexuality, and long-term health conditions.
Alongside my professional training, I also understand the value of counselling on a personal level, having experienced its positive impact in my own life. This is what drew me to the work in the first place and continues to shape the way I practise today.
I am passionate about offering a space where you can feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for you as an individual with your own unique experiences and capacity for change.
In our work together, I aim to offer:
- Respect for you as an individual, and belief in your ability to grow and change
- Empathy to understand your experience from your point of view, without judgement
- Honesty in a supportive and transparent therapeutic relationship
You will not be judged or told what to do. Instead, I will offer you the time and space to explore what is going on for you, build trust at your own pace, and begin to find a way forward that feels right for you.
My aim is to support you in feeling more understood, more grounded, and more able to navigate life’s
