I’m Christina & I am a fully qualified & accredited Counsellor with over 10 years experience of working in private practice in Cheshire & Online
You are probably reading this because you are seeking support at a difficult time in your life & I understand that it can feel like a big step to reach out for some help
My clients come to me with a wide variety of issues & life experiences & I haven’t encountered a situation yet where Counselling has not been beneficial for them.
Some find that they only need a few sessions to work through a current issue, some choose to stay for longer as they work on past experiences & the impact on them today.
I often have clients who return as required, sometimes years later, when life gets a bit bumpy again
If you are facing a situation that feels like it needs a more urgent approach I have limited spaces available for intensive sessions. These are twice a week over a set period.
The majority of my work is currently online which gives my clients great flexibility when is comes to fitting in sessions around their busy lives. There is a lot of evidence to show that online therapy is just as effective & can help with clients feeling more relaxed as they can attend from the comfort of home or another suitable private space
I offer sessions in the daytime and evening and it’s up to you if you would like to book in for a regular slot or ad hoc to suit you

What to expect: Each session offers a safe space for you to be heard & an invitation to share what ever you need at your own speed and without fear of judgement or pressure. By talking through issues & problems, you can gain clarity & insight into what’s going on for you currently & what you want and need going forwards
Availability : Sessions are 50 mins long & available Monday to Friday from 10am to 9pm. You can book a session at a set time each week or ad hoc as required. Whilst weekly is ideal for therapy, I can accommodate other frequencies & longer session lengths to fit what you feel you need including more intense therapy blocks twice a week
Therapy topics: Therapy can help with any matters that are negatively impacting you. Some of the more common challenges I work with clients on are: Infidelity, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Disordered Eating, Stress, Relationships, Grief, Addiction, Sexuality, Divorce, Abuse & Communication Issues

Intensive Therapy: some clients find themselves in situations individually or as a couple where they feel like they need some urgent and more intensive therapy. This allows you to set clear goals at the first meeting and then work through your situation at a quicker pace. Sessions are booked ahead in 6 week blocks with two sessions per week.
