Welcome to Tangled Thoughts Therapy
I’m Christina, a fully qualified and accredited counsellor with over 12 years’ experience working online and in private practice, supporting a wide range of clients to work though their own situations
There may be many reasons why you are here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck—and I respect that reaching out for support can feel like a big step.
How I can help
I work with individuals who:
- feel caught in cycles of overthinking
- experience anxiety or emotional overwhelm
- struggling with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected)
- dealing with the impact of trauma (see ‘Rewind Trauma Therapy ‘ page)
- feel stuck or unsure how to move forward
- struggle to find the words to explain how they feel
I also support couples who are:
- struggling with communication
- feeling disconnected
- working through conflict or the impact of infidelity
Whatever the situation or topics shared, you will be met with warmth, understanding, and without judgement.
A space to talk openly
Counselling offers you the time and space to make sense of what’s going on for you—at your own pace.
There’s no pressure to have the right words or to share more than you feel comfortable with.
For couples, I provide a balanced space where both people can feel heard and understood.
Flexible online sessions
Sessions take place online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space. This may be from home, work or for some clients their car or a friends house provides the best option of finding a safe and confidential space.
- Daytime and evening appointments available
- Weekly or flexible sessions to suit you
- Limited availability for more focused, intensive support

You don’t have to do this alone
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or your relationship is struggling, counselling can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to find a way forward.

What to expect: Each session offers a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. You’re free to talk about whatever feels important to you, at your own pace, without pressure or judgement. There’s no expectation to have the right words or to explain everything perfectly.
Availability : Sessions last 50 minutes and are available Monday to Friday between 10am and 9pm.
You can book a regular weekly session or arrange appointments more flexibly, depending on what works best for you.
While weekly sessions are often most helpful, we can work together to find a pace that feels right. This can include more frequent sessions or longer appointments if you feel you would benefit from more focused support, including short-term intensive work.
Therapy topics: Therapy can help with any matters that are negatively impacting you. Some of the more common challenges I work with clients on are: Infidelity, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Disordered Eating, Stress, Relationships, Grief, Addiction, Sexuality, Divorce, Abuse & Communication Issues
